We are in need of servants for one of our outreaches this fall!
The City of Danville hosts the Monster Mash at the Community Market. The event is on Thursday, October 31st from 5-8 PM.
We have an incredible opportunity to minister to hundreds from the Danville area of the love of Jesus, and we need your help! There are a few ways you can serve:
A few details about the day...
Set Up
We need help getting supplies from the church to the market. We'll meet at the church at 1:30 PM to pack things up and head to the venue. We'll set up a tent, tables, chairs, and other supplies at the market.
Staffing the Event
We'll need to be at the tent/tailgate by 4:30 PM, ready to hand out candy, church invites, tracts--and to pray with people! There will be a steady stream of children/families from 5-8 PM.
Pack Up
We'll need help packing up, loading cars, and then unloading at the church from about 8-9 PM.
